I found this recipe from Browneyedbaker.com. It sounded really good so I wanted to try it for Mr. P.’s dad’s birthday. It was a big success! They took home half of what was left over, which I’m guessing will last for a couple days. It is pretty difficult to eat more than one piece. The cream filling was really good: cream cheese, sugar, whipped cream, and chopped Oreos. Probably one of my most successful recent bakings for company!

    Thanks! Not as nicely decorated as yours, but I think mine does look like an Oreo! Has been a hit all weekend. I will definitely make this again!

    Wow that sounds yum. I made your peach cobbler recipe with peaches + blueberries and it was fantastically delicious!
